Any reproduction or reuse, even partial, requires OMOSA's written consent. The trademarks and logos of the clients mentioned remain the property of their owners.
Personal data
OMOSA collects the data you provide in two cases: the contact form (name, email, website, need, advertising budget, revenue, message) and appointment booking (name, email, answers to the questions asked). This data is used only to answer your request and prepare our conversations. It is neither sold nor passed on. It is processed by OMOSA and by its technical providers: Vercel (hosting), Resend (sending the form's emails) and Calendly (appointment booking). Your data is kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@omosa.co. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Cookies
On your first visit, a banner asks for your choice. No measurement or advertising tool is activated before you agree. Two categories are offered: audience measurement, to understand how the site is used, and advertising, to measure our campaigns on Google, Meta and LinkedIn. Your choice is kept for 180 days in your browser. You can change it at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
Liability and links
OMOSA takes care to ensure that the information published is accurate, but cannot guarantee this at all times. The figures quoted in the case studies are those measured over the period stated. The site contains links to other websites. OMOSA is not responsible for their content.
